Strawberries and Mascarpone

¾ cup mascarpone
1 ounce balsamic syrup / reduction
12 mint leaves
1. Spoon mascarpone onto plate.
2. Top with strawberry halves.
3. Garnish with balsamic syrup/reduction and mint.
