- 2 heads cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2-3 tablespoons wing hot sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
- fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
Toss cauliflower with oil and salt, spread on baking sheet, roast ~15 minutes.
Combine hot sauce and sriracha in bowl, add roasted cauliflower and toss to coat. Return cauliflower to baking sheet and continue roasting ~15-20 minutes further.
Spritz with fresh lemon juice.
