2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2-3 tablespoons wing hot sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha
fresh lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
2. Toss cauliflower with oil and salt, spread on baking sheet, roast ~15 minutes.
3. Combine hot sauce and sriracha in bowl, add roasted cauliflower and toss to coat. Return cauliflower to baking sheet and continue roasting ~15-20 minutes further.
4. Spritz with fresh lemon juice.
