I love a good Green Goddess Dip. There can be variations, but most of them contain yogurt and avocado. Mine also has fresh herbs and gets brightened with some lemon.

Green Goddess Dip
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 avocado halved, and flesh scooped out
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 2 scallions chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- ½ tsp salt
Put all ingredients in blender/food processor and process till smooth
Serve with crudite and pita bread.
