Peach Salsa

Fresh peach salsa is a quick and easy appetizer to make at home. This version skips the tomatoes and adds a touch of spiciness from jalapenos. Pair it with tortilla chips, veggies, poultry, or fish!

No peaches? Or simply don’t like them? Plums or apricots would work nicely in this recipe as well. Plum salsa and apricot salsa? Yes please!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches diced (can peel, but I like to leave the peel on for added fiber)
  • ½ red onion diced small
  • 1 jalapeno diced small
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  2. Recommended to serve with vegetables, poultry, or fish. Actually, anything works great
